The legal regulation of abuse market dominance in the Internet field needs to comprehensively consider characteristics subject specificity, subjective malice, illegal behavior, and harmful consequences. differs from other industries mainly including monopoly prices, predatory pricing, restricted transactions, tying or attaching unreasonable trading conditions, differential treatment, etc. This paper analyzes main through cases, studies its relevant regulations preventive measures.
